About Me

I am formally trained in several styles of yoga, including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, and Rocket Ashtanga.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I moved to Denmark in 2024. I found yoga during my time as a university student. At that time, I was dealing with an injury I had acquired from my years as a competitive cheerleader. One day, I discovered that my university offered free yoga classes. Since I was seeking a source of physical healing, I decided to give yoga a try. That initial yoga session not only offered me a space to explore gentle movements in my body, it also provided me with the tools necessary to quiet the chatter in my mind. I had never felt such peace within myself before.

For the past 12 years, I have dedicated my life to sharing the benefits I have gained through yoga. I am passionate about developing individualized yoga programs that are tailored to fit your unique goals, lifestyle and schedule. Together, we will enhance your physical strength, flexibility, and mobility, while also improving your ability to manage your stress and focus your mind.
